Contact SASG
SASG is run by one developer, so you'll get a real person. Email is best; replies usually arrive within two days.
Report a bug
Tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and your phone model help a lot.
Include the username of the page and the date and time the song arrived. Please don't forward anything illegal — describe it instead.
Your data
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. If it's about a song you sent, include your private song link.
Ideas
Feature requests, prompt ideas and partnership questions are all welcome.
Before you write
- Forgot your password? SASG doesn't collect emails, so passwords can't be reset by email. Tell us your username and anything that shows the page is yours (your bio, your favorite song) and we'll look into it.
- Want to know who sent a song? We can't tell you — anonymity is the whole point. The how it works guide explains what hints show.
- Received something hurtful? Delete it and block the sender first. The safety guide has the full steps.
